Before beginning any new architectural design, PlaceMate architects consider what system will be most effective for building on a particular site. We fit the pieces of the puzzle together so we can explain it plainly to owners and builders. Where possible, we avoid box gutters, waterproof retaining walls and complex detailing. We aim to ensure the owners’ money is spent where it can be seen.
